This morning on the Today Show they had a story about bacteria growing in shower heads. After making it sounds really scary, they brought an expert on who said the risk to humans was extremely small. What they didn’t mention was that if you use water from a chlorinated system such as the Kalispell City Water Department you have no risk at all. Any community water system operators in America who believed they had bacteria problems of any kind would start chlorination of their water to prevent it.
